Trump, the saviour of unborn babies, has threatened to nuke the whole nation of North Korea. And the Christian Bible Belt gives him a standing ovation.

He should try diplomacy.
North Korea is threatening the U.S.?
The U.S. pulverized North Korea in the most brutal war ever fought - killing over 30% of the population (as compared to Britain and Canada's losses in WW2 of about 1%).
In the almost 70 years since, the U.S. has enforced poverty in North Korea using trade sanctions.
for 50 years, the U.S. had nuclear missiles in South Korea, aimed at the north.
It routinely staged war games on the the north's border - as well as patrolling seal lanes and overflying it.
As a deterrent, North Korea has maybe a couple of nuclear bombs. The U.S. has 4,000.
The U.S. has wanted a war with North Korea ever since the Korean War. it wants it for the reason it wanted the original war - as the base to attack China.
And you call South Korea the threat? How very Christian. How very self-righteous.
jae - there is a time for diplomacy? What is that time? When North Korea grovels, begs the U.S. for forgiveness, and offers to be the assembly point for the invasion of China?
Can you name me a single time in the last seventy years when the U.S. has tried diplomacy with North Korea?
Do you have the faintest idea of what you're talking about?
my error. I mean to say, obviously, that you called North Korea the threat. Or, perhaps, you had completely forgotten what you had said.
Did you adopt kids?Geronimo - Don't talk nonsense. You understood what I said. (Sorry. Maybe you aren't bright enough to understand.)
What church-goers could do is to adopt the unwanted babies. But that's yuckie-poo. So they'd probably rather leave that in the hands of scared girls and young women. it's easy to be virtuous when, instead of practicing it, we simply demand it of others.
As you yourself graciously allow Cousin, it was a gaffe. A gaffe being something that every public speaker has made from time-to-time. It was unfortunate and amusing that he made it. You can see that in how the others on the video responded to the gaffe.During the March for Life speech, Trump actually said..."...many states allow a baby to be born from - his, or her... mother's womb... right up to the 9th month. It is wrong. It has to change."
Trump said he's against birth in the 9th month of pregnancy
Are those the words from Trump that you appreciated @Jae. Because, I appreciated them too. Lucky I wasn't drinking a beverage. I am sure the comedians will appreciate those words, too. It makes their jobs easier.
(I think he meant to say something else...but, wow, that was some goof-up.)
Many Christians have, indeed, adopted an "ends justify the means" approach with regards to Trump. He's anti-abortion (actually, he's promised to appoint anti-abortion judges in order to get the anti-abortion vote, in spite of the fact that until he ran for president in 2016 he never really had any firm beliefs on the subject) and he's pro-Israel (although once again there was never much evidence that he'd thought much about Israel until he ran for president.) But because he is those two things well, nothing else matters. He can be as odious as he chooses to be. Because - you know - the ends justify the means.
