bulls**t. My work and education have informed me. I don't get my information from nepharious websites.

Neither do I for you to make a decision based on her gender alone makes you an extremely poor judge of Truth and a victim of their manipulation

I love how Nancy Pelosi explained the smear tactics so well, right out of the horses mouth

If you had read any of my posts you would have seen that I said that none of us have enough information to know what actually happened. You are just as guilty of being manipulated by the Republican manipulation machine when you determine he is innocent based on minimal information. It goes both ways.

Yes it can go both ways, but in this particular case there's no proof to stop him from his nomination and it is this case that we are talking about not any other case.

But the Democrats are still pushing the issue as if he is guilty as if there is proof If people don't see that as manipulation they are blind.

The testimony of Christine Blasey Ford, combined with Kavanaugh's lies about legal drinking age, sexual activity and attitude toward girls his yearbook shows, combined with comments made by Kavanaugh's roommate who was not his close friend, paints a picture. The testimony is believable in context with everything else. It's not because Blasey Ford is a woman that people believe her, but because the dots line up.

That's true. She is far more credible. If 8 had known nothing about Mr Kavanaugh, his "testimony" alone would not have impressed me.

I highly question her credibility she's been caught lying , regarding her fear of flying, the polygraph and also why she had put a front door in her home. 4 Witnesses walked away because they refused her recollection of the incident 35 years ago.

The very reason why you and I are discussing this amongst the Americans is because the Democrats leaked it because they knew they had no case but they did not want Kavanaugh confirmed because he is a trump pick .

There are private ways to deal with this kind of stuff they have rules for it in the Senate but the Democrats needed it in the public because it suited their purpose it suited their way to regain power of the Senate this is total total political b*******

Ford it's just as much a victim at the hands of the Democrats paying for her Democratic lawyer

In the old western days they would Lynch a person by a tree and today's modern times they Lynch them in the media

Money & Power = corruption

Money+power=corruption describes the Kavanaugh appointment process perfectly. It describes Trump’s election. It describes a lot about right wing politics right now, also.

That Kavanaugh, in his powerful role even before being appointment, had Trump’s base believing he is a poor sad victim of the left...is totally disgusting. Lie after lie after lie after lie, are coming from the Trump camp....and they are in power. They are in power. It needs to be said again, they are in power. The far right. Not the “leftist elites”. They have the house, the senate, the judiciary...one party rule...and they have a media arm with Fox, and with Bannon’s ties to the WH, Breitbart, and as a political lobbiest and advisor to far right government worldwide. And they are abusing their power by playing victim to the left, and stirring up animosity for any truth whatsoever.

Damn, fascism and its tactics pisses me off. It is aimed at naive people. Snap out of it blackbelt, don’t let them get you..

Hi,
The dems are evil
Sorry, I have to reject this accusation. My preference, whatever the perspective, is for the words of Jesus in the presence of his adversaries: “Forgive them because they do not know what they are doing.”

I have kept company with bikers and with church folk. In both communities I have met persons whom I would trust with my life. In the same way, in both communities I have met persons with whom I would not turn my back.

I care not if a person is male or female, white or brown, liberal or conservative. What I look for and affirm is character. This has been my practice for a good number of years.

Division and accusation are embedded in our diverse language worlds. As we press for language expressing and promoting unity, without compromising integrity, our future world will be improved.

I could not disagree with you

Yes, but did you ever meet a fascist you could trust? The fascist will use political tactics that may sometimes appeal to both sides but really only work to gain and hold power. Pretending to be victims of power from the out group by simultaneously belittling and controlling the out group is what they do...like Kavanaugh vs Ford and women who have been sex assault victims...and Trump saying that the country's men are under threat (by a rampant bunch of crazy liberal women making up stories to ruin men's lives...these poor poor judges and presidents and other powerful men). They set a dangerous standard. And as they gain a following through propaganda and manipulation to consolidate power, there are more and more people in groups that identify with them that are harder to trust.

I agree with you. My career of 30+ years has allowed me to interact with all kinds of people. Many I most certainly would not have encountered otherwise. If I've learned nothing else, I've learned you cannot judge a book by its cover. Polarization, labelling and any form of divisive tactics is not helpful. While I certainly lean towards the "liberal" end of the spectrum, I do hold many beliefs that would be considered "conservative". I find many of the current Republican bigwigs to be repugnant. I do though, see many good things about the traditional "GOP".

It is never good to demonize an entire group. I've seen what that does on a personal level in people's lives. It is never good.

The judgement on Kavangaugh is not and cannot be simply a legal one. He is being placed in a position of great importance, and one that has the very broad confidence of the American people. And he doesn't have that. Nor is it just the matter of his sexual past. He has a long history of being a front man for the very, very wealth in buying politicians. His life has been one of serving the very wealthy - and often in 'inappropriate' ways. This is a man who cannot be trusted to be impartial or honest in judicial cases. And you do not appoint people who cannot be trusted to be impartial for the Supreme Court.
