I especially like this one. Kind of haunting and something I could probably get a story out of when I am in the right mood. Who is she? Where is she going? Why?
I like that one, too. I zoomed in and put a B&W filter on, “in editing”;). Not bad for an iPhone photo. I like the contrast and how the clouds turned out.

In reality, I caught a picture of a little photoshoot. I looked up and over from where I was standing and, about 20 yards away, there was a man bowing before a woman wearing a medieval style dress - it’s actually a light peach colour, not white - you can see him if you look closely. He’s her photographer, actually. I assume it was for advertising for one of the funky shops in the complex.

You live in a very attractive city, Kimmio, and you have quite a talent for capturing it.
Thanks. I just noticed- I think those are pot plants on the patio/ garden.

Could be a bamboo plant.

(Aside: My photos are often too large to upload, but editing with the collage app and re-saving seems to condense the file size).

(I would love to live there but that's actually a high end condo in an old restored/ renovated building -right in a pedestrian alleyway. This alley is called Dragon Alley and is newly gentrified - there is an older very narrow one nearby, too - in a few photos - that Bette will recognize).

I love this tiny library. There are several, all over town, actually.

We have one of these that I know of, locally. It's a bit smaller, but the participants seem to be good at the "leave a book" part. It's in a small local park, accessible from the popular rail trail, near half a dozen low rise apartment buildings, lots of benches in the park.

I figured it out I think. It's the spring hue of a Japanese maple tree. In the fall the leaves turn a plum-red colour. Marijuana can be a tall plant, but not a tree. The leaves look an awful lot like pot leaves though!
