It’s very hard to explain to literalists...I’m saying I believe it’s a process of God working in us, bringing Christ’s peace, in Spirit. And bodily, working through humanity, in the same Spirit that Christ lived. We will know Christ has fully “returned” when we all live in peace, not before. Peace is the goal. Christ - in - God - in - us, through the Holy Spirit, is the means. The fruits of the Holy Spirit cannot be made manifest through war and worshipping money and the behaviour of obnoxious billionaires.

I'm all for inner peace through the Spirit of God. And I know worshipping money is idolatry. It's God we should worship - going to God for God's gifts.

Women have been the oppressed sex and collateral damage for most of human history - the old “boys will be boys ( and men will do what men will do - and our tolerance for it has run pretty low...don’t you get it?

Women should stand by their men. That doesn't mean standing by all of their men's behaviors.

So said Fred Niche (dearly his ain't ed ... departed) all is chaos ... for on one side the emotional and the other the intellectual and they don't grasp the ethereal and ephemeral part that is really flighty and can take off in stance ... tis of the essence! This is a deep concept ... not for the flat out ...

OH (tongue in cheek as Jesus suggested) the institution must go on ... or the game will collapse ... admittedly the game is dark from either side of the chaos! Still point is dead centre ... an enigma for no one has found that drop out point yet ...

Easy - love the person. Don't necessarily love the person's behavior.
 
That sometimes means refusing to tolerate their continued behaviour. Especially if it’s harmful. And that sometimes means not standing by them, but stepping away.

Did you see the video of the guy who testified in North Carolina, against his dad’s (and mom’s because she helped with his campaign) involvement in election fraud? He said told the court he repeatedly (and was evidenced by text communications) warned his dad not to get assistance from a particular known corrupt advisor, “I love my parents but I think they made mistakes that I wouldn’t have made.” He loved them but he did not stand by their choices because those choices impeded democracy for the whole state, and the people therein.
