There is no public record that the Dominion Society of Canada (or its leadership, including founder/chairman Daniel Tyrie) has been charged with, arrested for, convicted of, or found by a court to have violated any Canadian criminal laws as of late August 2026.

The conference was relocated to a nearby municipality at the Atrium Banquet and Conference Centre in Burlington.

A smaller group of roughly 20–30 protesters gathered nearby.

Halton Regional Police managed the scene to keep the peace.

The conference itself went ahead as a sold-out, ticketed event without reports of any major disruptions.

The public actions by Hamilton Police significantly increased media attention and visibility for DomCon beyond what a relatively low-profile private conference by a small advocacy group might otherwise have received.

They have nut committed any crimes. They do advocate criminal actions.
