to the Edmonton minister ,where it is all about ME
He went to jail ... and the congregation decided to continue going to church. Now that church as an entity will be prosecuted in a court of law ... if they do not pay the fine ... who should do the time? Meanwhile ... 22 church pastors are opening their churches in BC tomorrow (and as far as I have heard they will be following 'safety' protocol) against Bonnie Henry's order that the churches must remain closed for some reason while other venues are allowed to be open. Some people prefer the risk of superstores to the risk of churches ... go figure how you can control the 'virus' with 1000's of unknown to each other shoppers versus a congregational gathering where each are known and accountable to each other. This world has gone so completely mad ... sometimes I despair ... but mostly I have hope for some kind of revival ... corporate worship against the incorporation seems as good a place to start as any.

You are on the wrong side
I am on the side of freedom to responsibility for all. I followed the three day protest in BC on the court house steps ... there were two groups protesting side by side ... open the church supporters alongside indigenous land rights supporters. There were clashes between the two groups and there were reconciliations ... the police acted in an exemplary fashion respecting the rights of both groups equally. Shall I say you are on the wrong side because Bonnie Henry is a priviledged white person that has no personal reference to having her own life in the least bit inconvenienced in any way shape or form. This is not about white christian supremacey ... it is simply about some people from many cultures and walks of life ... wanting to go back to church ... because there is no more danger there than in the restaurants or supermarkets.

I have a problem with equating emergency public health measures (and if you're talking about harmful, can I have a "sanitizing" exemption?; the eczema on my hands is both painful and on the edge of infection due to this) during a pandemic to "violence". I just can't get to there from there.

As far as I am concerned you most certainly can. I do.

Great. Assuming you'll pay my wages when I'm fired. That would be 8-15 hrs pr week at min wage. Thx.

Don't cherry pick an incomplete quote. The grammar was a bit split-infinitive in that quote, but it was very understandable if you get "reading outside of the brackets". Never use my bad grammar to make your bad argument. Thanks.

Violence Protection Alliance addresses the problem of violence as defined in the World report on violence and health (WRVH), namely:

"the intentional use of physical force or power, threatened or actual, against oneself, another person, or against a group or community, that either results in or has a high likelihood of resulting in injury, death, psychological harm, maldevelopment, or deprivation."

What is the WHO definition of health?

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

I’m finding out lots of things on Twitter today, in the “social justice” threads. This is a vigil/ demonstration in the UK about ending violence against women, and standing vigil for a woman who was killed - by a police officer charged for her murder. They were gathering, with masks on, for a very important reason. And look what happened. It’s appalling. By contrast, officers there have apparently been quite helpful with the anti mask protestors. @Ritafee: you’re on the wrong side.

Is logical fallacy widespread when everything differs ... God being in everything ... thus it is all cracked up and hard to see integrated!

Still folk will claim to be on that proper side without a clue about what an alter ego might possibly be ... thus change and shift is really alien and hated!

In conclusion we learn nothing intelligible but the autonomous may be getting a kick out of life ...

Next step. inning, period or what ever marks a good time to celebrate distance that may come up as a gap in DST!

Later the hole thing collapses to a dark point --- Hawking on Black Hole thing ease ... interpretation is bound to drift like rabid!

It is a small point to stand on ... but may insist on a stand up support system ... metamorphosis? Thus the stinger ... may arrive like a zinger ... coming from the opposing sects ... that one your say you hate may love yah and thus the love-hate chaos ... the battle may go on and on ...

And the Brits are up in arms, with calls for the police chief's resignation.

And the powers assert that aggression will win ... allowing thought to be subdued ... and from below something haunts us till the end!

Thus I regress ... completely misunderstood by those raising the verse about loving understanding ... when all physical power collapses ... and thus it goes on in repetition!

May resemble a cyclic myth with axes ... a po' line for those with no wants to know! Then like Magi ... they didn't ... as if it weren't so ...

Yet it remains that the earth could be a stage for a great leap ...

I saw video of Kate there in the afternoon but the interaction with the police appears to have happened after dark

I am on their side. Just like I was on the side of the Woman that got thrown in the street in Australia way back when this began and most here applauded it. I have only one side ... the side of the oppressed.

By contrast, officers there have apparently been quite helpful with the anti mask protestors.
Why do you misrepresent them as anti mask protestors? Are you suggesting that police officers should use violence only against people that do not wear a mask?
