Pretty much where I was going with that one, yes. Though I never counted the laws.

"To me the signs of being self-righteous include being preoccupied with what someone else is doing wrong, preoccupied with the external signs of goodness, and believing oneself to be better than others."

God as portrayed in the Bible:

- preoccupied with the sins of Its creation
- preoccupied with the external activitites of humanity to the extent of demanding obedience to 613 specific laws in the Hebrew Scriptures
- demanding that one be worshipped as the One God is a pretty accurate indicator that It believes Itself to be better than others.

Never ... never evaluate theis elph ... could be misinterpreted as in near stuff AS GOADED ...

Perhaps not surprisingly, I see things in a different way.

The Bible certainly portrays God as being aware of the sins of humanity, however I wouldn't say "preoccupied" as that suggests an unhealthy concern.

While God at one stage in his redemptive story gave his people 613 specific laws to follow, he has now made redemption possible through a person's acceptance of a relationship with Jesus Christ.

As for God's demanding to be worshipped, he isn't as like a schoolchild just selfishly demanding to get his own way. Rather, he knows it to be best for us to worship and adore our Creator.

Imagine a god broken down by attempts to see the errs heh made ... and thus scattered thoughts fulfilling the Exclusion principle allowing filtering of thoughts from emotional powers!

Which power is lesser in your perspective? Careful the answer tells a great deal of stuff unseen to the overly subjective ...

Righteous is a determination somebody makes about you based on an assumed code.

Self-righteousness is a determination we make about ourselves as we ignore bits of an assumed code.

Is the hidden code to support this often unseen in the surrounding dirt as environmental ally broad-based ? Then the merry maid comes into the conjugation ... with the powerfully upstanding Brahman ... just Ba'aL in traditions that didn't;t wish to know of Mycenaean Fantasy ... immaterial in the caldron?

Often seems to me that individuals think themselves righteous. Simultaneously they think that others are self- righteous!

So they are self-righteous about others' self-righteousness? Sounds like a feedback loop to me. ;)

Logos involves eternal multitudes of feedback loops as echo's, canna' or egos in Cyrillic come back at yah! Much of this stuck in the hard-shell mode that won't see the outside modeled thought! They believe it a mode of 've eL ... close to Helle' nest of overlapping dreams?
