Oh, and another thing...

19 When it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and the doors were locked where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.” 20 After he said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.

Apparently is wasn't Thomas alone, who had to see before he would truly believe.
I have been know (and did yesterday) refer to Thomas as the patron sain to fhose who miss church the one week something truly incredible happened.

I don't think we know. But it's an interesting question
The book of Thomas talks about it more, implying that Jesus is Thomas' twun, but I wonder if that should be part of the conversation or left alone? It would change the Christmas story for sure.

One take is that Thomas was the brave one...willing and able to go out, while the others were still huddled in fear. I like the fact that he wanted proof. I'm sure all of their heads were spinning a little after all that had happened, and this new thing...well, it is only natural to need to verify it.

In John ch. 11, when Jesus set out to go to Lazarus's grave, while the authorities were searching for him, it is Thomas who suggests to the other disciples that they should go with him, 'to die with him.' I'm not sure f that sounds more fatalistic or courageous, but there it is.

Bit of both, eh. Thomas sounds like even more of a martyr than JC himself there.

Alistair, a member of Deep River Community Church, offered a great message in yesterday's service. A link to the service is available on the Deep River Community Church Facebook page. He focused on the importance of skepticism.

Without a doubt such legends do raise chaos ... once labelled Eris ... a rite that was remaining latent ... stuff in the head gonad!

Did you know that the brain was once known to medical types as the greatest of all puzzles as a nut? Like acorns an enigma put down ... metamorphically!

As Einstein stated the mental dimension has no up, down, left, right, etc. it like sequence of events is a chimeric item ... yet intangible physically! Tis way ahead of the body of humanity in the race ... a phobia really in vir tu (has this niche of ire to it), Ayer of disagreement .... leaves considerable space for another connected journal ... theory of CS Lewis and associates/affiliates?

Maybe I'll write an entry in my sacred journal about apologetics in gleaming rights that refuse to accept flaws ... lambda scripted!
