Today's experiment...
2-ingredient bread. Mine was 4 ingredients because I don’t have self-rising flour so had to add baking powder and salt. I also used coconut milk instead of whole milk. Looks better than I expected. Still need to taste.

2 cups self-rising flour and 1.75 cups of whole milk. Cooked for 30 - 40 mins at 350.
