Some goes to Sis, some gets donated to the local thrift stores (depending on what it is, I can donate some to local schools too), and the rest goes into the sales

Have you considered using one of those companies that organize estate sales @BethAnne?

You and Sis would remove the items you want to keep and let the company have at it. They take a high percentage of the profits but it would be so much less work and aggravation for you.
