Nasty storm rolling through here. Wind, heavy rain. Saw a really nice, bright lightning bolt about a second away straight out my home office window.

Me too, thunder and lightning storm here too.
Have to put off going o the bank for a bit I guess.
 
Storm rolled through here earlier, hydro went out about 4 times, maybe 10-15 seconds a time. Waiting to reset all the digital clicks again till it all passes through.

Oddly, our power held this time. It's been quite flaky this summer but somehow was fine through both this and the Beryl remnant last week. And, yet, it randomly flickers at odd times, just enough to knock all the clocks down and reboot my network.
 
LAST after spending an hour pulling HUGE weeds from 1/2 of the garden - wiped me out :P Partly because it's ridiculously humid (for here)
 
Our heat warning is still up but it seems to have cooled a bit since the storm. I think it's mainly humidex driving it now.
 
Still muggy here but they lifted the heat warning. Looked pretty ugly to the West of me when I drove to work but no storm yet.
 
VERY muggy here...the land where Mirror is now used to be all under water at one time - hence our very sandy soil - so feels/smells swampy when the humidity goes up
 
LAST after spending 20 mins pulling quack grass that was up to my shoulders (I'm 5'7/8")...hopefully niece will help me fix the raspberry fence today
