Last while staring out at the dark later on a Monday evening.

LAST as the sun sets but I can't see it because of the clouds on a Monday evening

LAST later as I return from the big guys', put out the dog, and admire my still pretty nails (which are terrible at picking up dimes...).

LAST as I look at my plain nails that not only pick up dimes but can be used as a sub screwdriver some days

Actually my nails are useful for other things, in that they are nice for scratching but not so hard on skin, and nickels, quarters, etc., are good. Dimes are too thin. LAST.

Not really - there is a wee bit of sugar in them - and some sugar/cinnamon on top
