Doesn't for me. The odd time I don't go to church, it's very intentional. By default, that's where I am on Sunday mornings, unless I'm in England, or it's Remembrance Day.

Loosely similar to tai chi in that it is slow deliberate movements but a higher focus on the healing aspects of the movements
