I'm freaking out! CDs are supposed to be in Alberta but I have no tracking info now that they crossed the border...I have no idea where they are or when they are coming and I kinda need to know if I'm going to advertise my Oct 23rd release party in the paper - which I need to do today if it's going in. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Please tell me they are with a courier company and not Canada Post. Because if they are with Canada Post ... yeah, you might need to reschedule. On the upside, they might actually be in Canada. Maybe.

Except that I've found Canada Post pretty good about tracking, honestly. You might not have a good idea of "how long", but "where" is usually fairly accurate.

Depends which service is being used. Expresspost works incredibly well. Regular parcel? Yeah, it's iffy.

All I know is that after they crossed the border into AB on Friday they were transferred from DHL to a third-party delivery service - they gave me no info on which third-party delivery service and just said further tracking info is unavailable :P Even if they were transferred, they should get a new tracking number to give me.

My uncle always used Expresspost to send things to me and it could take days...I ALWAYS use regular post (and now you get a tracking number with it too) and they get it within 1 or 2 days (I'm in Mirror and he's in the Pass)

parcel I mailed to Australia back the end of November still has not reached its destination

:) would have been spookier if I had been able to see the moon but it was too low

Crazy morning and it's only 8:15...couldn't send the paper in right away as they didn't have my job up on the site - they said they aren't getting the press order emails (grrrr)...finally got that straight and the paper sent...now I need to get the frost off my car windows as I have to leave ASAP to get my friend as I have acupuncture and blood analysis appointments this morning

Live blood a nightmare but dry blood sample again showed DRAMATIC improvement so overall I'm still getting better :)
And look what arrived in the mail today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
