Getting colder here, too. Mrs. M said it was -20C out when she came up the office after breakfast.

As the world claims reimagining is required ... how do we deal with the rejection of the imagination as a great portion of the mystery of mind?

Will it form a last thought as the last controller stands alone? Hint of avarice! Mire essence ... as literary devices go ...

The demos must be deposed according to the empire ... and then who will control the transport of the chamber pot? NOSH-ite! Then did you know that "-ite" has a similar understanding with religio in Latin? Recombining form? Some say it only applies to grammar ... yet question arises as to what applies to secular life as much as literature and the past myths ... stories as stacked? Thus last is disrupted by the alternate ... second or Beta last? My R's they state ... R's is a Midnight Muel sometime "fey" as Queen Mab ... all in the ongoing string ... unbelievable? You better take note ... the Notebook comes to mind ... really more to it that meets the ayers ... Y ass men ...

Good morning. It's cozy here and the dog wants out. We're getting colder than normal weather. It's not bad though. I remember -40.

On Global LAST night someone on the island was interviewed and was saying how cold it was at -1...wish I could plunk him down outside here right now...THEN he'd know what REAL cold is! ;)

We were in Vancouver when it was -1 a few years ago. People were talking about how cold it was. We were still living up north so felt like we were on a tropical holiday. :)
When we were in Shanghai for Chinese New Year many years ago, some folks worried that I wasn't wearing enough and would be cold (jacket and sweater). It was like +10C. Just before leaving Canada, I had been out shoveling in like -20. Cold is somewhat subjective, IOW.

It certainly is subjective. When we were in the Dominican Republic we were loving the 24 degree weather. The Dominicans were amazed that we were swimming in such cold weather. Meanwhile, I have friends up north who consider 22 desperately hot.

Some days 22 can be desperately hot.

I tend to be happiest in sort of 15 to 25 Celsius. Higher is tolerable if it isn't humid, but I live in Southwestern Ontario where humidity tends to be the norm in summer. I was actually fairly comfortable in the 30s when we were in the desert in Utah.
