Would be nice to eat a piece of pizza right now...haven't had any for over 2 years.
Alas, no pizza for me.
I can eat red meat, seafood, eggs, raw nuts, and fruits...I've been experimenting with flatbread recipes made with almond flour and coconut flour but haven't been successful yet.
Pretty much everything else not on my list - grains, pork/poultry, dairy, legumes, veggies (anything that is a leaf or stem or root).What's the problem food(s) foryou? I takeit wheatisone. Whatelse?

Every once in a while, I do try adding something in but end up feeling so horrible, I got back to what I know is safe for me.
I also eat lots of salmon, tilapia, shrimp and steak...so not starving at all.
