Agreed that the line can be blurry. I raised the concern at my church and the Board's response was as you say. Worship is a public event. It has had an effect on the types of prayers I request, I will say that.

One can request a prayer without being too specific
 
I get various message systems from ministerial friends ... usually as audio, video from their website!

Others I seldom listen to because of their bent towards "all that they know determinately" ... it sometimes smells of other ...
 
As living protagonist I add the following for some determined about spells, spelling and spelunking; agonist and other:

Then there's:

a person who believes that nothing is known or can be known of the existence or nature of God or of anything beyond material phenomena; a person who claims neither faith nor disbelief in God.​

This may be related to our isolation from forbidden knowledge as taboo ... regarding things that are extensively beyond human restrictions by law ... to protect God knows what in the realm of legalist that states things for their own agendas!

What can be added is the question of what we really respect about the unknown things in our genes ... and yet powers are determined to mess with the unknown ... a philosophical disaster that can cause implosions ...

What some people claim to know all about, even in human communication baffles me ... about what I see they don't know diddly! I am impressed with learning ... as a process ... when a great mass is seized by terror ... even of reading in depth! Superficially this appears as meaning something ...

There I allow it to rest as laid out flat ... but not flattery ... flat Eire ... nope!

Sadly, I have sent many puzzles off to Value Village in the last few years. I am not crazy about doing jigsaw puzzles for the second time, but these days I would welcome the opportunity!

11 before this one were from a neigbhour - set of 10 puzzles + the one with the two felines...this one was a Christmas present...before the set of 10, I was borrowing puzzles from our local library.

There are select ones I've kept to do again...pretty soon I'll have to put them out.
