Sunny start to the morning...I did some painting and will so sit down in the sunshine with my knitting.

I woke up early this morning so an enjoying my second coffee while I knit a shawl. I've been knitting socks on 9" circulars lately. My elbow is sore so I think the way I knit the socks is irritating it. I bought some beautiful Fleece Artist "National Parks" wool when we were on our road trip and have started making a shawl out of it. I am listening to CBC Vancouver through the TV and am enjoying their classical music. Early mornings can be lovely.

I'm moving on to organizing my yarn stash. I reduced it recently by crocheting a giant granny square. Hopefully though the space allotted is sufficient.

I started cleaning out my closet - it was as bad as I thought...not really in the mood to sort clothes.

I decided to take a different approach - I actually started this once before and didn't follow through, will this time - I have taken everything out of my closet...before an outfit can go back in I will 1. try it on and see how I feel in it, and 2. take a picture of myself in it (we can look in a mirror all we want and think something looks good when sometimes it doesn't)...maybe then I can tame the chaos.
