My laundry is done now and I am sitting back and relaxing. Looking forward to seeing new friends and old. The traffic on the 401 was stop and go, more stop than go, the last time I looked. I'm glad I'm not planning to go anywhere today and I wish safe travels to those who are trying to get somewhere.

Laundry might be my only accomplishment for the day - incentive to do anything else is leaving.

Laundry is great when it comes to return on effort. Compared with many other housekeeping tasks laundry is relatively easy to do and produces very satisfying results. Stacks of neatly folded clean clothes and an empty laundry basket. What's not to like?

I have, disappointingly, had to abort my trip down to the London area. My guy has not been well, and he wanted to come today, but not a good day for him. So here I sit, sadly, in LAST. Can I interest anyone in a serving or four of wilted cabbage and kale salad - I have lots...

I prefer not to eat or drink anything at the movies...I have no trouble eating any other time.
