I am at the beginning of Iceberg Alley.

And the ice this year is pretty thick. Winds play havoc with it regularly. An off-shore wind can push the pack ice out to the horizon and an onshore wind can push it all back in so that there is pack ice from shore to horizon.

Onshore winds today have blown the pack-ice into the harbour mouth again.

We missed getting wet snow last night.

I've been posting iceberg pics to my FB account. As well as videos of wind and such. Here are a few pics to show you our ice situation.

I didn't get over to St. Lunaire in time to photograph the Walrus that dropped in. Very unusual sighting for this part of the world.
I also wasn't near the Polar Bear that passed through town. At least not while it was passing through. I am in the area where it walked as a matter of routine. Generally not on foot.

I smell a tad of burning brimstone ... that about to drop over the edge theory!

Who was it did that last theory that still carries on un resolved? Fur Matte! Tis a hairy expression of that beyond us and thus come rounds ... especially for those not wishing to look into that dark aria ... a' hummer!

Yes, I must admit tobacco executives to be honest. I once knew the president of a biggie outfit in Montreal. (Can't remember the brand, but I think it was the biggest Canadian one.) She opened my eyes when she revealed to me that communists were all non-smokers.

At the time I taught in China, I was a smoker. I think Chinese cigarettes may have been what led me to stop.

Papers all delivered - had twice the number of bundles and couldn't figure out why and then discovered some of the pages had the page numbers cut off so their machine was a little off.

jae, I see no reason why having sex would not deepen belief in God. We already live in a society that feels God wanted us to drop nuclear bombs on Hiroshima. and Nagasake. And we are moved to praise God as we murder people by the millions and starve them to death in Yemen. If we can move on to believing in God as a result of sex, that would be a great improvement.
