They were wise words indeed and very true. And my wisdom for BethAnne is get rid of the footboard (toss it on a bonfire would be my advice). Oh and by the way on my day off I was at last planning to do a bike ride to the southern extremity of the Chautauqa map. Alas, the wind got pretty amazing for bike riding about 5 kms east of Chestermere Lake so never made it to Strathmore where I had planned to have lunch by the lake in town. At least it ended up a 90 km bike ride so OK just not what I had planned.
How far north of Calgary have you biked?

Nobody is naturally last. That is a presumptuous and arrogant statement - though I am too polite to say that.
Is the current column from me the first or the second one I wrote.

That's not the topic, BethAnne. We're discussing the failings of redbaron. Try to stay on topic. Now, what do YOU think is wrong with redbaron?

Redbaron is one of the nicest posters here. Always pleasant, always polite, often humorous. Props to you Redbaron.

On the flipside, I can't say that I was ever deeply enthralled by his hair.

I've never been to Montreal, at least not yet. My only real connection was to be angry when the Expos were Shanghai-ed to Washington, DC, a city that has lost more Major League franchises in its history than it likely cares to remember.

When I lived in montreal, I taught, worked with community groups, was on radio and TV, and helped out at the penitentiary. So I had a mixed social circle. One member of it was a notorious drug dealer who was blamed, probably correctly, when the Expos seemed on their way to the title, and blew it. Many of its players were steady customers of the dealer.
