Given that we are at over 15000 last posts and still going, perhaps there never will be winner. People will just keep being last over and over until the heat death of the universe (or the Judgement Day if you're into that kind of thing).

I put all my critical statements and bills on electronic delivery (and pay them either online or by pre-auth) the last strike but I know a lot of people who still rely on the post for stuff.

I'm not worried about paying bills, I'm worried about getting paid and sending out items I need to mail as courier is way too expensive.

For the former, Paypal or e-Transfer (though the latter costs the sender money)? Unfortunately, there's not much alternative for the latter.
