Live blood analysis appointment today...I'm almost healthy!!!!! Less mould, less yeast, less inflammation, less liver and adrenal stress! Now to just get "less" as close to zero as possible. Nice to know I'm still on the right track.

Blood sugar test my HA1C shows sugars over the last 3 moths was friday. I'll get the results next week.

ok that thought made me look my results up on line. They are posted and are within the expected range! My diabetes is well controlled (yes I still need to watch diet and take metformin) or at least until dr. tells me otherwise.

Good news. My last A1C was getting near the line. I knew I was getting a little out of control but the result gave me a kick and I have started watching my diet and getting my exercise regime back on track. Won't be able to do another A1C until Sept but my glucometer readings have dropped back into the controlled range so I am hopeful.

Pleaded to report that my presentation for tomorrow on Future's Ubuntu theology is ready to go. I Santa certainly tweaks it come more, but I would prevent it actually ice. I have another hour to word on it tomorrow at lunchtime.

Last, from Jolly Old England. It is grey, a bit cool - absolutely normal. Off to the Llanllogllen canal route tomorrow and a visit to the FAB roots music festival in Middlewich.
