Shrimp is good. What other seafoods have you tried on top? I ordered anchovies once, which for me was a blech. I won't be doubt that again anytime soon.

Scallops and squid, IIRC. It was in Italy, not here, but I imagine some of the fancier gourmet places might have it here.

Rings on a condom???? Ewww. I think you just put me off calamari, Luce.:sick: (Yeah, right, like I'm ever going to stop eating that. I loves me some seafood.:cool:).

You are right, though, that calamari has little taste by itself and needs to be part of something larger, even if it is just breading and frying it.
 
Salmon on pizza...sounds great.

Deliveries were good...everyone seemed to want to chat - so much so, that I was an hour late meeting a gal along the route.
 
I cannot stand the texture of calamari. The best of cooks can render it only a little LESS rubbery. Also, I have rules against eating critters that are probably smarter than me.

I actually only really like seafood raw, as in sushi.

I'm not very keen on conventional pizza, but I do like playing with home made dough. Thinly sliced raw potato with olive oil would go nicely on a pizza crust spread with a pesto of some sort.

Hm... I can't say I'm a big fan of either those two seafoods, although I do enjoy them mixed into some thin like a nice seafood chowder.
 
Alligator is a nice whit meat that too resembles chicken ... but a fearful critter that bites back ... thus a great icon of total recall in the Dunne Di myth ... a crooked isolated place we live in? Something to pass to learn about the terrors of human sort ... that wee dark grain of hate inside.

Lets us translate it into a hate of being here and move on to the last stage of the Kubler-Ross paradigm of U-shape ... acceptance and just not tolerance alone ... If we got to know the unknown would we learn something painful about ourselves? That wee Black Spot ... where two lines intersect? Adds to the confusing complexity of the enigma ... a sort of eternal paradox to a' Muse something bored out of their gaol ... guord? Thus the abstract ... imagination ... interminably ineffable or untouchable as we believe it to be chit ... Moor dark Paddy crap?

The rational of why we hate to learn about ourselves .. we don't like to ... not adequate desires .. only blind passions ...
 
Some people call this fate. some fade, and other's fa'ith ... although of ole form the "ith" was "ethe"real vapour's as Fermat's Last Theology ... kind of a FUZZ in the dark! Frothy, sponge laden (lederhosen, sock'din)?
