Well, here's a trick. If possible, as you approach retirement, reduce to 80% full time. Take Wednesday as your 20% day. Means every day is either a Thursday or a Friday, and you have two weekends per week.

Good morning all. Happy Tuesday. From the looks of things, it'll be a late night for me tonight. I'll possibly be pulling an all-nighter even (groan). I have to finish getting ready to give a 50-minute long presentation tomorrow in seminary. My subject is Dr. Vinay Samuel, who I'm calling, "The Asian Case of Jesus."

Yes, I agree. So, what's amusing to me about Bette's comment is her assumption that I'm just ramming. I did a couple of weeks of research and reflection, and this past week have been going at it full throttle. Tonight I'll just be pulling it all together.

Yep, same strategy as me in my day. Read and research over the term, then pull it all together at the wire.
