Having light loos as lees to the brighter foregoing's ... leads onto followers, consequences? Could you image such harsh events if you come to abruptly as in apocalypse? Is vast knowledge stunning? Perhaps as limited we just couldn't take it ... thus we blew it ...

I still say say life is a peculiar thing ... ad hoch ... really! Perhaps life on the hoof?

No pride in that statement eh? But you're right. You aren't jealous. If you were jealous you'd be thinking that BethAnne had somehow taken the Solarium that you rightly deserve. Which is not the case. It is more accurate, I think, to say that you are envious. You envy BethAnne's good fortune and wish you had some of the same.

As I've already said John, I consider it quite okay for someone to admire the things someone else has. "Nice place!" we might say to a friend upon a housewarming, or "Nice new car!" after they've just returned from the dealership. Appreciating what others have need not be either jealousy or envy.

Has BethAnne looked down on those of us who do not have Solariums? Not that I can see. It would appear that Mendalla doesn't see it happening either.

Okay. I accept that as the perception of both you and @Mendalla - at the same time holding that your perception, while it may be good, is not perfect.

And if fostering good community is truly a goal of yours how do you plan to accomplish it through this flame war you have launched against BethAnne?

I reject your allegation that I (or at least I alone) started it. I'm not even sure that the discussion we've been having constitutes a flame war.

D you get the feeling of attempt to put you sunshine out?

Sometimes why it is good to understand outliers ... they are outstanding at talus ... stuff off mountains ...

Some kind of a dark scheme ... or just unseen conspiracy to dampen aspirations? Tis a human trend created from sibling rivalry ... wait to you see what they did to the old goat ... hei sout 've Eire ... scaped!

What I'm against BethAnne is boasting about ownership of such things as solariums. Exactly how many times am I required to say that.
Acknowledging ownership and boasting of ownership are two VASTLY different things. I happen to dislike false piety of which you seem to excel in.

I reject your allegation. Also, I'm tired of this discussion at this point. We are just going round and round in circles. You feel that you've done nothing wrong in the way that you've spoken of things that you own. I will always speak out against people bragging about their wealth - and we're not going to agree on whether or not you've done so in the past here in this thread. Let's just move on, then, with me being last.

Last!!
Just got done reading the last 2 and a half pages of this thread. Geez, that sure took some nasty turns...

Lots of strong black coffee. With a shot or two of whiskey being optional but desirable.

LAST!

That is completely true.

Depreciating others because of what they have very rarely escapes being jealousy or envy. I suppose it could simply be petty.

It need not be perfect. That you consider the two of us to be merely good should be enough for you to rethink the allegations you insist on making. Unless, of course, your perception is better than either of us. Then feel free to reduce our perceptions to trivial matters not worthy of consideration.

You misunderstand my point. It isn't about who started what it is about who is building what.

You think that BethAnne's bragging is detrimental to the community (so far you are the only one in the community who has accused BethAnne of bragging.

You are being quite strenuous in your attempt to rebuke and correct her. Do you believe that you are building community while you do so? Are you under the impression that others see you engaged in building community or is it possible that you, in you zeal, are not building community so much as you are dumping on it?

Even if this doesn't meet your definition of a flame war demonstrate how it meets your definition of community building.
