Maybe we will send some yarn and needles Graeme's way. I remember trying to persuade Brother Jae that men could knit back in the day.
 
It was my dad who taught me to knit orginally, then I refreshed my knowledge with books and DVDs LAST summer.

Mom just asked me to reach an Easter basket from a shelf in the closet and as I did so, I somehow stepped back on some toys that weren't even near the closet (a good 2 or more feet away) and sliced my right instep - it seems like I do something for mom and I get badly hurt.
 
Please remember I have a 5 year old niece who is here 2 days a week. Thanks RB...pain has lessened and I can walk on it again.
 
Toys were put away...I knocked over the toy box.

Managed to make a huge mistake on my sweater - had trouble fixing it but I think (fingers crossed) I got it now and hopefully nothing will show.....otherwise, I guess it will be a bit of character in the sweater. Almost half done!

I think, BethAnne, you should stick with your message above. Work on it. Get it just right. Remember, it has to be understood by people like Pr. Jae. RedBaron, etc.
