@chansen, it’s easy to call it "self-sabotage" when you aren't the one living with a brain that randomly goes berserk. I’m just navigating my reality. Weaponizing someone else's suffering to invalidate mine just makes this place toxic

My declutterrinfg revealed an old cornet that I gave to a grandkid. My son had someone clean and repair as needed. Turned out to be 1915vintage. Silver plated with original mouthpiece and case

What does one do with a collection of informative books in a domain where emotional output says that thinking is dangerous ?

Thus books and anything of intellect sink into the pits ... covered up ...

I'm clearing my parents garage and my dad's (I guess mine now) workshop this weekend. My mother has slammed both with mostly garbage. I need to prepare for a car charger, so I'm getting away with it in the garage. She doesn't know about the workshop. Yet.
