Telus phoned and left a message while I was on another call - it was the gal who I spoke to on the 13th and asked to cancel the TV (points to her for phoning back though WELL after the 24 hrs) - she could NOT get the override to cancel because she's not authorized to do so, and I have to go to a different department in Telus to get the TV cancelled (one would think that when you ask to cancel a service - which I did the LAST phone call, I'd be taken to the correct department!?)...she gave the name of the department but with her accent I wasn't able to figure it out so will have to listen to the message again (though, I will probably just have phone Telus and ask for cancellations again anyway).
Do they even have quality audits anymore?Sounds like a veritable s***show, eh. People missing steps makes quality managers cranky so I would love to be a fly on the wall next quality audit there.
Depends on your industry, I guess. In healthcare, they're pretty much mandatory but not sure about telcos. If they want to boast that they are "ISO certified" or whatever, they would have to be doing them.Do they even have quality audits anymore?
