Just heard from the Calgary press (unfortunately, the staff will all be let go at the end of the month when the press closes ) - my spot is confirmed and still tied to Red Deer for shipping/delivery, I'm the only one with an official price quote (even if it is $400/month higher than I'm paying it's apparently better than some of the unofficial quotes they've heard/seen!), and I already have the contact info for the gent I'm to contact next week from Lethbridge to get the login info for the upload site. Found out from the liaison person from the press that the Calgary press staff had no complaints about working with me (apparently there are some they had LOADS of complaints about some other papers and clients!)
