Would you believe I actually had to find sheet music for that when I wanted to use it in a UU service on beauty? There wasn't even a UU-ized (i.e. references to God made more generic) version in our hymnbook. Yeah, I UU-ized the lyrics myself. There are benefits to being a bit of a poet.
 
And now I shall have Katrina and the Waves stuck in my head for the rest of the day. Thanks for the ear worm. Hope you don't mind if I share.

Yeah, we haven't had much sunshine recently. Rain rather than snow, though, when water has fallen from the heavens. A hair too warm for the white stuff.

We're under a snowfall warning today and tomorrow. Normally, I wouldn't care but today and tomorrow are paper delivery days
 
Great day here today. No sunshine, but hey! It's not frigid or windy and the roads/ sidewalks are free of ice.
 
Not delivering papers today ...just phoned the driver as there was no sign of him and he said the Advocate told him to stay off the roads today as the conditions were so bad and do the deliveries tomorrow. Good decision as it is nasty out there but I really wish they would tell ME when they make those decisions, as I only find out when I call to find out what's going on.
 
Yeah, you shouldn't have to be phoning to find this out if the decision was made on that side. Sounds like a good day to sit inside and put up your feet, eh.
