Saved from what? Kids had a great time. One of them scurried off with cardboard and scissors on Friday afternoon, and announced that he was no longer Sean, but now Zot the Robot. All of the children got more confident with each other and their leaders, and correspondingly noisier, as the week went on. The seven-year old boy from our refugee family came and appeared to fit in just beautifully with the group despite the language barrier, which he is overcoming by leaps and bounds! The activities, crafts and skits centred around Science Exploration, the theme was GP4U - God's Plan For You (which is for you to live out your potential in love).
there always is at least one robot :)

Sounds like a lot of fun was had. :)

Sigh...God sure has a sense of humour...sis showed up today with the groceries I asked her to get two weeks ago - that she refused to get...too bad fresh food doesn't LAST longer.

Pet peeve...any time a program or website (ie Facebook) makes a change or upgrade then it seems like nothing works right on my computer.

Ecstasy is the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. Alas, it doesn't seem to travel well. I had a vile copy of it in Ottawa. Even in Montreal, the glory days of the smoked meat sandwich seem to be over.

Rode Os ... well travelled smoky beef or a complaint over the insanity of life with excess passions ...

Thus life can burn it's portions and sects ... just to support small flames ...

Stuck in a traffic jam in Gravenhurst, Ontario, and wondering how long it will last.......

Ah, yes, highway 11 in the summer (well, I'm guessing that's the route you're taking). I know it well but haven't driven it in a while.

Indeed we are. Google Maps has given us an alternate route to avoid this section near Barrie. My husband wants to stay on the four lane.....
