Ghomeshi's apology was read in court and is a public document. Here's a link to it from the CBC website:

Interestingly, I can't find the text of the CBC apology on the CBC website, although there is an article about the CBC apology:
http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/cbc-apology-kathryn-borel-ghomeshi-peace-bond-1.3577223

There's also the text of a statement issued by the CBC, this from the Toronto Star, but I'm not sure that it's the actual apology, or a statement subsequent to the apology:

I was listening to some news reports and interviews this morning about the case. The general feeling is that Kathryn Borel had a much stranger case than the three complainants in the earlier trial, basically because her complaints about Ghomeshi's conduct had been filed with her employer and recorded rather than being made long after the fact. Marie Henein (Ghomeshi's lawyer) approached the Crown with the proposal for a peace bond and an apology, the speculation being that she did so because she wasn't at all sure that she could win this one.

While Ghomeshi is now free of criminal sanctions, assuming that he observes the conditions of the peace bond, there was also some speculation that, given Borel's statement after the resolution of the case was announced, she might be preparing to sue both Ghomeshi and the CBC. This may not be over quite yet.

From the context of your comments, I know you mean a stronger case. Not a stranger one.

That's no fricking apology.

A REAL apology would have said "Kathryn Borel's complaints were REPEATEDLY ignored and we really f***ed up in our response to her. We'll spend some serious time and effort in self reflection and report on our results. Also, we owe her a LOT of money and our heart-felt thanks for bringing our misogynous, celebrity-obsessed culture to light."
