The only problem is when an organization we both belong to (ie Square Dance club) sends out a notice and only he receives it. If he doesn't check his e-mail for several days, or he forgets to tell me about it, I might not know until the last minute, or I might miss something.
We try to be conscienious about forwarding this type of e-mail, or items of interest, to one another.

That surprises me that they would just send it to one. Have you considered asking being added to the list? The only time I have issues with that is when there isn't a standard list. In my situation, that's typically less of a couple issue and more of an oversight though. I guess with extended family Chemguy isn't typically included on stuff from my relatives and vice versa.
