I LOVE christmas cake. I like dark cake, I like light cake, I like it with or without icing or nuts or red and green cherries. I'm very happy as I suspect one parcel under the tree has a whole cake in it for me! In my family fruitcake is also our traditional wedding cake.

If I suspected there was a fruitcake under our tree - I'd use it as a log for our fire
