The folks over in Maritime Conference have done some work. They have produced a document in response to Fishing on the Other Side proposing a different structure. I do note that this still has no comments on costing...

I'm impressed with this document.

I'm still not sold on the idea that our denomination's biggest problem is our governance. I wish it was because this document delivers on that account in a way that none of the CRTG material has done to date.

I'm encouraged by the document's focus on missiology although the document is still preoccupied with the idea that it is governance that is our denominational mire rather than personal comfort.

I am not impressed with this document. First of all, the language is miserable, subserviant, slavemaster and utter nonsense. It is everything that the UCC can not be if it wants to be alive. This is a dead idea from dead people who are politically ignorant, dangerous in their hometowns, evilly conceited, prejudiced, hypnotised, and basically roaster meat for any tyrant.
