How different would the world look if we were celebrated for our uniqueness, rather than our uniformity?
I am personally perceived by many people, outside of myself, as a unique/not-average personality. I'm pretty smart, but that's not entirely it. I'm also sort of observant, and I don't always filter my observations as society might like them filtered. I've learned basically not to care. I try not to hurt people. I'm often silent.
I don't pay attention to what the world thinks I should, always.
Ya know, I got so many damned labels for my kids while they grew, I gave up. They are both very different, extremely bright.
