Sorry you are being bugged by all of this @Pavlos Maros. It does seem excessive. JWs are much less aggressive around here...They phone, or drop off a pamphlet and are generally very polite. I sometimes say Thank you. And sometimes I say, I have a different faith, but I say it in such a way that we don't engage in conversation. My brother-in-law has great fun with them and tries to convert them to Christianity. Which he considers fair game.

@Pavlos Maros - Guess I should offer up some kind of an answer. Afaik, I'm the only member here who's a paid evangelist. Asking someone over and over again, frustrating them, forcing them, is terrible evangelism. We were in warned against it in sem, and I teach my congregation not to do it. As @Mendalla suggested, lifestyle evangelism is what we believers should be doing. That, and I'd also add answering questions and some light conversation. Yesterday, for example, I had a good chat with a couple of my students - driven by them. They wanted to know more about what my work is with my church

This thread is not about the imagination. I think you may have missed the point of it.

In regard to what you posted. Different people engage with literature in diverse ways. While some find profound truths in imaginative and metaphorical narratives, others might resonate more with literal interpretations or straightforward storytelling. It doesn’t have to be a matter of one being better than the other, it’s about what speaks most powerfully to the individual reader.

And remember you cannot explicitly name a virtue if the object covered it up with what ever lies over it ... the abstract thus becomes primal to the absolute which is absolutely beyond us.

Then we consider the etude and scholarship of the eternal God which powers will declare they have in hand ... imagine! Is eternal a singular stretch for a mortal sol to observe in one sweep? Some of the books on Theo Logos declare that many contained teachers are too restricted on a vast subject ... that being everything ... and they seemed to miss the point that was declared all over the place like a mystical boson ... hard to envision unless the intellectual process was not in but out there as well ... a deep thing ... if laid out in the night you can look up at it ... isn't that a scheme? Sometimes a plot, plan or conspiracy ... if you know adequate word ... its a bunch!

Yet many that believe they are powerful cannot help but attempting to force ... thus it comes down ... the stuff of Pooh from the great dipper (used to emptying the crock). Such leads to corruption of the humble ... and from there the message is all screwed up ... ask Ares ... or his incarnation in I carious ... just the carrion left ... it may be considered prodigal if you know the word!
