Egg is a common Goro in this house. What don't you like about them @Mendalla
Conventional Western methods like scrambling or hard-boiling just leave them with textures that bother me for some reason and that's the only way my mother cooked them in my youth. And I'm not fond of the flavour either. I suspect that the only reason I like omelettes is the frying gives a consistency and flavour that's more appealing to me plus you've got the various add-ins to expand on the egg itself. Quiche is another egg dish that I can handle, though I'm not a huge consumer of them by any means.

The slime in an egg is due to pretentious pro teen ... it was intended to become chicken ... but paranoia ruled over ...

Why? That too is questionable context ... as is everything ... the bible says! Question all things reveal the flaws ... for there are faults ... yet some birds are said to be intelligent! Is it just parroting or regurgitation? Are there animations that are original? Kinetics ... Tat Ooze?

These may circle a limb making a sleeve ... justifying limbo as way to reaching for libra? Cano Libra ... and the hummin begins ... inside Job?

Breakfast for me usually starts with an orange or clementine. Beverage may be Coke, juice, carbonated water, juice with carbonated water, or water. Main course might be toast with margarine straight or with rhubarb jam or peanut butter or another jam. The toast will be whatever bread I have chosen to have available. Other main courses might be cereal (mix of a dense cereal like granola or mini wheats and a less dense cereal like Cheerios), pancakes or French toast with or without bacon. This morning it was rice pudding with ice cream. We use oat milk. When we have fresh berries, I usually add them to the cereal. When we have waffles, it is usually for supper. When we have them for breakfast, we usually top them with coconut whipping cream. My breakfast also includes chocolate.

I bought some oatmeal that was higher in protein.
I added protein powder and some peaches canned in water.

Was actually tasty.

Trying to break habits

Do not speak so when among nuns and anon ... they are patiently coming along in knowledge ... Amoe 'sin ... the chuckle coming from the great wheels ...

Today I made egg bites. Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, eggs in food processor or blender. Pour in well greased muffin cups over filling (sauteed veg, cheese, meat, not too much per cup). Cook at 325 with muffin tin on a sheet pan with a little boiling water for a bain marie effect, about 20 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers for snack, in English muffin/bagel, topped with hollandaise, etc.

I make egg bites too @BetteTheRed

Never thought about adding cottage cheese.

It's a good way to get my spouse to eat veggies, so i often do them with veggies such as peppers, asparagus, mushrooms and also use feta

I've dusted off my bread machine of late. Gave up when whole wheat bread flour (I'm not fond of white anymore) basically vanished from the market during the pandemic but it finally came back and I finally noticed that it came back. I have a thick slice with peanut butter and a dish of berries on the side (currently blackberries since they've been on sale at our grocery). Between loaves, cereal with fruit and nuts.

What's bread for but stuffing in the hed part ... isn't hedonistic a word for please salvos plait ... ripple forming after the blast!
