You could say he nailed it.You might say Luther ...... hammered home his points. And those points have certainly LASTed through the centuries.

Just had a very short ghost, with a big bag, knock on the door...turned out to be my niece kneeling on the step. 
In 2002 or 03, one of the families at church had an exchange student from Quebec who had no idea what trick or treating was so Sis and I took the host girl and exchange girl around (I think they were 15 or 16 at the time) - the girls were both almost 6 ft tall and both would kneel in front of the door with sheets completely covering them while Sis and I stood behind like the parents did...people would see us and wonder whose kids we had and then when we left both girls would stand up and shock the homeowner as they were taller than most of them. One of the best Halloweens ever.

In a great rush to be an authority on power did people get entrained with it's other side, half, self? Did you know self in Nordic tongues is controversial because of all that authorities do not know?
I believe it was Lord Acton that looked at "self" and declared that as he learned it he realized how little he really know of a large enigma. It is a difficult thing to teach ... and to learn because of overwhelming desire to say you got it ... when on this side of mortal ... you never can ... and thus we move on interne rants in the cosmos ... humbling processes to speak of and no one mortal wishes to know so the other half is beyond you always ... deep philosophy ... like Tao and Shinto ... frustrating to the mortal bit ...
