Papers showed up at 11:10 AM and the first half are delivered! I'm still too stressed and ticked with the press guy to tell him how upset I've been with this process so will finish the deliveries and then hopefully I'll have calmed down enough to make the phone call.
In other news, Black Press wants all the money I owe for late printing payments paid now which means I need to find $2K ASAP since the ad payments aren't getting to me fast enough to pay off the printing.
Now, this would not have been an issue if they had given me the credit I felt I deserved after they informed me LAST fall that I had be overpaying printing (when I had said goodbye because I couldn't pay and they came back with a better price) when I was first transferred to Lethbridge Press because that credit would have covered almost this whole year of printing. But newspapers and presses don't give credits.

Fair food can be a rather mixed bag. I'm not on Insta or I'd check for myself. Got examples? After all, one man's blech is another man's gourmet feast.

In the annals of "why would you put those things together" (as suggested by fair food), my recent puzzling new item at the grocery store is kd ramen. It just feels like a bad idea.

Just got off the phone after a very l-o-o-o-o-n-g conversation with Black Press upper management. Gal phoned me because we've known each other for years as she used to be the publisher at the Red Deer Advocate. She asked some general questions and I was in the mood to vent so let her know all of my frustrations with Black Press the past 2-3 years. She's going to look into the situation. Fingers crossed things improve.
