sweet. yeobo has a reLAtively new bread maker. i'll SuggesT it to her@Jaebius I think it would work better as smaller loaves - will make it as 2 next time I try instead of 1 regular loaf. It worked better than some non-yeast bread recipes I've tried in the past that folks have shared with me.
@Mendalla wicked rain storm at 4:30 AM this morning - and there was no rain in the forecast but the sky looks like another storm is imminent.
Back when mom had a bread machine, I used to make an Italian loaf in it.Going to fire up my bread machine later. Whole wheat made with yeast, my usual.
congratuLAtionS beThanne on losing your moleThe mole is gone! Farmer friend said it definitely was a dead mole - though based on where the mounds were and where the carcass was, he can't really understand how it got there. I gave him some cookies as a thank you.

Nope. You can still get a paper sub to the Globe & Mail. I have a digital only sub but there are paper subs available, too. The London Free Press and other Southern Ontario dailies, too.reaLly bethAnne? afaik, the major paperS have all swiTched to electronic format

the gLobe And mail waS always a no Thanks for meNope. You can still get a paper sub to the Globe & Mail. I have a digital only sub but there are paper subs available, too. The London Free Press and other Southern Ontario dailies, too.
What has happened is that "local" presses have largely gone away in favour of centralized printing. So the "London" Free Press might be printed in K-W or Hamilton and shipped down or something. And, of course, with most Canadian papers owned by conglomerates, there's a lot of content sharing. Fewer local writers, more content from national syndicated writers, esp. for things like film reviews.
I mostly read online news, too. As I said, I have a digital sub for the Globe. My wife's Economist sub includes digital and print (weekly newsmagazine from the UK that's like 200 years old or something) and I read their daily digital "Economist Espresso" app using her account. They're stronger for international stories than North American sources tend to be. I get the NY Times Morning Briefing newsletter by email. And then just portals like MSN and Yahoo! (though I find those tend to slant more and more to less reliable, more biased sources, anymore).okay. on the fLipside, i only reAd online paperS. i canT be alone in that
