I saw the video. The way they looked, I figure she had no idea who that was and thought she was getting robbed and was trying to get away from them. It’s not that they are showing badges and their face…
 
What has always made me laugh, in a sorta nervous fashion, is the very odd description, "home of the free". Honestly, between ICE, blatant gerrymandering and wyrd autocratic HOA, not a word I would use;

No limits imposed by global power that was absconded by the great mindless one?

There's a news article this AM out of the place south ... that Trump declared only his mind would stop him ... and his mind appears disposed (in what said to be a dangerous place of hubris) and we see the cloud of a nemesis coming down as consequence. In mindless state of full-blow passion can a mind, psyche, sol' interest be observed ... or in the dark?

It seems a lot of word must be assimilated and interpreted to understand what is underfoot ... stumbling blocks to reason ... it is a high point!

Many folk despise a lot of unknown and dark word as if a gnomon in the arid place ... a dry mode of psyche? A sea of gnomon exists out there ... That word is another thing to dig into the metaphor, para phorid and a'phor it comes to an end as a standard of expectations ... phlor*id? Things that blossom .. seedy or acceded?

Mores to learn ... quite a vocation ... it is a task!
 
Too many very sick, ableist, misogynists around, even here. Incognito. Grown men who have all they need - maybe more than they deserve - but can’t forgive their mothers for being too hard on them and never grew up so instead of working on that in themselves and staying out of the way, they find somebody “weaker” to groom to their agenda, and take it out on them if they reject that - and nobody sees it - maybe hiding their intentions under the guise of a pile of words. Bullies. They don’t have the guts to actually speak truth to power. Some are being covert and should really stop terrorizing women. The covert “strongman”. They don’t like being called on it. Anybody understand?

Claiming to be liberal or conservative doesn’t matter. That’s their mindset.

Trump is taking it out on the whole world - the most vulnerable first. The authors of confusion.

Remember that Trump grew his cult following with cunning misogynist gamers and women hating men’s rights activists. Oh and he mocked a disabled reporter while he was at it. The building blocks of what we have now. Same source, essentially. Trying to walk all over people. It started backstage.

It’s not about his mind - he didn’t start out stupid he started with contempt for the caring people he could play - and the weaker people he could snare. It’s about his lack of empathy. He’s jealous of people who have empathy. But he’s not god. He doesn’t understand why they aren’t pleased with his tactics and don’t support them, as though he’s god. And he’s never had respect for people who he deems stupid if they don’t love his game or reject his agenda.

There’s a particular type who has so much contempt for others’ pain they try to force more on them. That won’t make it better. God doesn’t do that. God doesn’t want us to do that to each other.

In this particular case the ICE agent had the training authority and a gun. With great power comes great responsibility. From what I have seen around this particular incident - the ICE agent made a very bad call and his shooting at a moving vehicle not only once but 3? times caused more of a threat to the safety of the innocent bystanders than if he had moved aside and let the vehicle proceed. IMO

She was there as an observer of ICE and had training on how to respond to threats from ICE is my understanding so it is hardly likely that she did not know who was surrounding her vehicle. I have seen a video of Renee Good's current wife/partner Rebecca Good, where she said, “I made her come down here, it’s my fault” as she cried near the scene of the shooting.

Both Renee and Rebecca were there as activists against ICE - they were not just passing through. That is not to blame the victim but is part of the equation when the whole thing comes to trial I suspect.

out compromised. Trump is no different than the rest of the backstage players. He is just the battering ram that has been allowed a frontstage performance. Trump is not a lone wolf - it is a big club and anyone who is in it is compromised. You don't get that close to the levers of control unless there is something that you can be blackmailed into doing. IMO.

Blackmailed or blackmailing, he’s signing the executive orders, though. He has the defining responsibility for devastating actions (and he’s taking none of it). Far be it from Trump to put his name on things that actually make sense for the greater good.

He could change that behaviour though (as long as he felt good about himself for it. Like dogs do. Maybe he’s not too old.) what if he got good feelings and praise for good behaviour?

I question whether any of Trump or his followers would ever have the self-awareness needed to change their behaviour. That's how you would get past that focus on pure self-interest. I suppose if they got a bad shock to the system, like Congress actually growing a pair and impeaching him, that might do it but I suspect he would just rage on and try to provoke Jan. 6 2.0.
 
ICE agents have it right in their training books that you should never cross in front of a suspects vehicle and the policy director and Ice handbook also states that deadly force should never be used to stop a fleeing suspect. So the question becomes, was the suspect fleeing or trying to run over an ICE agent?
Or should it matter that the Ice agent recently had a recent altercation in another case where he was actually hit by a vehicle and had to go to the hospital for stitches. Did this trauma translate to poor judgement here? Possibly even being sent back to work to soon?

Corporations not owning single family homes sounds like a good idea. I didn’t realize they did. They shouldn’t. But that doesn’t go with the other items on your list as a scary thing, necessarily. It will only be a distraction if Trumpers who don’t understand it, argue about it as a major blow to corrupt business, in their favour or something - like he’s doing something magnanimous for families - instead of what ICE is doing to families, let’s say.
