That was way quicker than the power company and they didn't mention any extra fees as we had to create a new account....only thing is that I can't seem to get it to show up in my online portal so will have to try later.
 
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Just got my September Telus bill and my cost is almost DOUBLE what I was told it would be with my new contract. I sent off an email to the gal I spoke with LAST week expressing my displeasure.
 
Snail mail or online? If the former it was probably sent out before you finally clarified things. If the latter then they need to improve their inter0departmental communication
 
The Telus saga continues. We just emailed them this morning to let them know we are pulling the plug this Fall. Not entirely happily, though. There was pressure from the C-suite that had nothing to do with any actual issues we had. Basically using our large fleet of devices to bring costs down corporately, but raising ours.
 
So give you the credits but then add a bunch of charges to offset them. Well done, Telus. You've now officially an even bigger corporate a-hole.
