Thanks...I did finally get through to them how easy my job is - B&W only, and just needs boxed and tossed on the truck with the Red Deer papers. They thought I was full colour (not once in the 23+ years I've been doing it) and that they had to put the mailing labels on it and mail them (nope). I hope that after the dust all settles, that what they quoted for printing will go down as they aren't doing as much work as they thought (fingers crossed)Healing vibes, BA.
