We were told they no longer have the plan we had. We got the $5 or so a month with some ads. We can play Netflix for a few hours and only see one or two ads. It's. Ot a bad deal. So far.

No ads with the deal they offered
 
If I go back to NF, I'll bite the bullet and get the no ads. It also gets you HD which will look better on my screen (new 55" Samsung). RIght now, I mostly just watch stuff on YouTube. I'm flirting a bit with Tubi which a free, ad-supported streaming service. Their movie selection isn't the greatest but they've got some interesting TV stuff, including shows that predate me :oops:.

There are some shows I want to watch (eg. The Sandman based on the graphic novels by Neil Gaiman) but when I had it, never seemed to get very far in watching what I wanted to watch so decided not to pay anymore until I could actually put in the time.
 
Call back at 3:05 and after half an hour the bottom line is that they couldn't override the system and put me back to $25/mon plan as it doesn't even exist anymore (so why lock me into it earlier this year!?) and I'm on the $30/mon plan, which is better than its "regular" price of $45/month.

Will they be able to change that down the road at any time or a time specified in the agreement?
 
Time machine ... when time buries the script so no one will know how this all happened ... its embarrassing to the author ... eM that authorized the mistake! Bad medium ... you cannot trust anything that cannot be questioned ... and we are commanded not to question ... in a pious flow ... something to be experienced to believe ... unbelievable hummmm .... perhaps a bad buzz ...
 
Worst thing is when the squirrels bite the heads off tulips to get to the liquid in the stems. I would be happier if they ate the flowers rather than leaving them on the ground.

Chipmunks are a pain when it comes to tomatoes. Especially cherry tomatoes.

They say that lead learning is hard to see through ... X-Ra' proof? But quite malleable ... thus lead*erse and communicating forces!

Tis an awful mess when folk do not keep up with the stories lies and myths ...

May cause cosmological fits of laughter thou' ... out there ... devilish!
 
Picked the cherries - inch of rain LAST night and many were split :P Also wasps got a bunch :P ...5 cups to sis...I don't feel up to pitting any so the remaining 10 cups I'll make into juice...only 1 nanking cherry - seems the birds got the other 6!

I still have cherries in the freezer so I don't feel so bad about not saving any to eat or freeze
 
Tornado warning here around 11am, now passed and warnings in Kitchener and Guelph. Not sure if it's actually on the ground anywhere because our warnings are so vague in Canada.
They could at least mention if it's on the ground somewhere nearby and where. Instead just heard, " it's possible" with no location.
We did get a fair amount of rain and now back to some sun with clouds

Fortunately nothing here but there was a Tornado that touched down near Drumbo I believe. Took some power lines and trees down...no one hurt reported so far.
Now we're back to a new Tornado Watch.....I'd love to see one from a distance.

The Home Hardware in Ayr suffered damage to its roof and Greenfield Road was closed by downed power lines. And, yeah, confirmed tornado. There's a link in a post I made in Room.
