Speaking of hair, do beagles shed a lot? Snoopy has received no complaints from Charlie Brown about this.

Mine did. Was different coloration from our cat so you could tell what was his and what was hers.

Funny you should mention this, I told the hairdresser my hair was falling out more than usual....she suggested maybe I have low vitamin D....and low and behold without her knowing about my blood tests, I have low vitamin D.

Cats also shed whiskers. They are valued by some crafters. They are handy if you happen to be doing a needlepoint picture of a cat. (Snoopy would never create such a thing, naturally.)

Sometimes, that would be very fun. Hair is always a nightmare. Through some accident of genetics, I have a very full head of thick as ever hair (I do have a widow's peak/male pattern baldness but it's not making a lot of difference). It's very curly, it dreads. Containing it in a hijab sounds like a great fashion solution and warm in winter.
