LAST as I feel like roadkill not enough sleep as I was up late watching the election coverage

Last night I went to my appointment for an infusion only to find I was not on the schedule. I'm pissed. This happens every three months. I've been going to that clinic almost two years. I've left a message asking for an explanation and asking when they will fit me in this week.

I talked to the charge nurse today. She acknowledged I had a booked appointment. She said they were training someone new who did everything right except put it in the computer system. I acknowledged that was an easy mistake and commented that these mistakes have an impact on people. She agreed. So there was a cancellation for this morning. The nurse called the pharmacy and they can get the drug so I'll go back this morning

I'm getting the infusion now. I had a lot of trouble finding a parking spot so arrived late and out of breath. I survived though.
