But there's nothing between his ears. So we may as well speculate that the worst of his excesses arises from what is NOT between his legs, to his obvious dismay. He screams "angry inch" to the world...

It's not nice to mock him, but he really is a jerk.
Has anyone ever read his Twitter feed? The direct responses to his tweets are often much worse, people don't hold back on making rude jokes (it's therapeutic to read for a laugh if he's getting you down with his real, actual, harmful behaviour - there are some witty, if not a little crude sometimes, American Trump resisters out there - they are not afraid to mock him. It's quite something. I have never seen anything like it). And, it was Marco Rubio, Republican representative, who first publicly joked about the implication of his small hands. So, it's not a new joke, or an original one.
