Smoke is a real problem for many of us. When breathing is difficult because of disease, adding smoke from forest fires can put you in distress (or the hospital!). Hoping my lungs and Crazyheart's LAST through the latest batch of smoke! Not sure if her area has it - but a change in wind direction could take it to Regina.
 
If nothing is non existent ... does that let out the much of anything in the in doings?

Possible not here as thoughts are out when supporting pure will!
 
We're hanging inside today. We got the trailer unloaded and the laundry in. We're watching a tiny home show right now. I'll be knitting. I was going to take the dog over to Pet Valu so I could bath him. I decided I'll stay inside where the air quality is marginally better.

I hope everyone's lungs hold up.

I thought about doing some knitting but feel too tired.
 
What does he stand FOR?
Nothing except the right of oil companies to poison us. And big business just loves him - that should ring warning bells. He also cut basic services to people in need while helping the wealthy to avoid the taxes that could have met those needs. He's a slime.
Admittedly, he's a slime with personality. But still a slime.

I don't have a huge problem with Wynne. Neither the conservatives nor the NDP in Ontario seem to be able to mount any sort of credible challenge.
 
I have a huge problem. They are, most of them, puppets for billionaires. As a result, we cannot supply basic social needs because billionaires are allowed to keep their money hidden - many, many billions a year are lost to us. Most of our of our governments also give billionaires massive handouts. We have fallen under the rule of a new aristocracy. ( I could tell a long story here of our governmental involvements in environmental destruction, and in the horrible behaviour of Canadian companies, especially mining companies, all over the world.
We are, like the United States, in serious trouble as a result of this. A politician should have a set of values. I have seen little evidence of this. And the NDP and the Greens are far, far too wimpy to deal with the problem.
